I am neurodivergent, which means I see and feel things differently to the majority of people. This provides me with unique strengths and insights. I work with capable, experienced people who are often carrying more than they should. Leaders, founders and professionals who look like they’re performing, but know something isn’t working underneath and needs to change.
While much of my work is with people whose brains are wired differently, I coach across all neurotypes. This isn’t about labels. It’s about how you think, decide and operate in the real world. I don’t try to fix people. I focus on what’s already there.
Most coaching adds more. More tools. More frameworks. More pressure. I do the opposite. I help you strip things back, remove what’s getting in your way, and build ways of working that actually fit. That’s why the work sticks.
My coaching is straight-talking, grounded and practical. No fluff. No coaching theatre. You’ll get clear thinking, honest challenge, and the space to properly work through what matters. Sometimes that means being pushed. Sometimes it means slowing things down. Both are intentional.
There’s no performance required. You don’t need the right answers or to show up as your “best self”. You just need to show up ready to do the work. Whether you’re thriving, stuck, overwhelmed or starting again, we work with what’s real. That’s where progress happens.
I bring lived experience of neurodivergence, a senior background in HR and L&D, and a coaching approach grounded in reflection, supervision and real client work. This isn’t just conversation. We apply change in real environments, under real pressure, where decisions actually matter.
Clients often describe the experience of working with me as direct but safe, challenging but supportive, and focused on what actually moves things forward. You leave sessions clearer than you came in and, more importantly, you act on it.
If you want honest coaching that helps you think clearly, make better decisions and perform without burning out, you’re in the right place. I’m a Yorkshireman. I say what needs to be said, always in service of helping you move forward.
Coaching with me is always structured, always intentional, and always built around real outcomes.
We start with a focused conversation to understand what is not working and what needs to change. From there, we agree how we will work together so there is clarity from day one.
Sessions are practical and tailored to you. No fluff. We focus on removing what is getting in your way, building ways of working that actually fit, and taking action between sessions so progress is real, not theoretical.
We review what is changing as we go, then decide the right next step. Continue, adjust, or close.
Simple. Clear. Built for results.
Stop overthinking and start making clear decisions
Stop firefighting and start focusing on what actually matters
Stop people-pleasing and start holding non-negotiables
Stop masking and start working in a way that actually fits how you operate
Stop burning out and start performing consistently
Stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your judgement
