Frequently Asked Questions.

Here are the questions people often want to know before booking coaching, speakingh the straight answers.

1. Who do you work with?

I work with neurodivergent professionals, leaders, founders and executives, but I coach people of all neurotypes.

My work is grounded in neurodiversity, but it is not about labels. It is about helping people understand how they think, work, lead and make decisions, then building from there.

2. Do you only coach neurodivergent people?

No.

I mostly work with people whose brains work differently, but I don’t exclude anyone. Neurological diversity is part of being human.

If you are ready to stop masking, people-pleasing or working against yourself, this coaching can help.

3. What is your coaching style?

Strengths-based. Straight-talking. Flexible.

No fluff. No fixing. No pretending.

Some sessions need challenge and structure. Others need space to breathe and untangle the noise. I meet people where they are, then help them move forward.

4. Is coaching the same as therapy?

No.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment. It is future-focused work that helps you build clarity, confidence, self-awareness and sustainable action.

If therapy is what you need, I will say that. I don’t pretend coaching can or should do everything.

5. What can coaching help with?

Common themes include:

The aim is not to make you more “normal”. The aim is to help you work with who you are.

6. Do you offer Access to Work coaching?

Yes.

I can provide coaching funded through Access to Work where this has been approved as part of your support.

If you are unsure how this works, get in touch and we can talk through what information may be needed.

7. How much does coaching cost?

Fees depend on the type of support needed, whether it is private, employer-funded, corporate or Access to Work funded.

I believe in being clear and upfront about pricing. No vague nonsense.

Please get in touch for current rates and the best option for you.

8. Do you offer one-off sessions?

Yes.

Some people want a focused deep-dive session around one issue. Others prefer ongoing coaching over several sessions.

We can discuss what makes sense for you.

9. Do you speak at events?

Yes.

I deliver keynote talks and speaker sessions on neurodiversity, leadership, burnout, masking, identity and creating environments where different minds can thrive.

My speaking style is honest, human and direct. No corporate wallpaper. No performative inclusion.

10. What kind of speaker are you?

A straight-talking one.

I use lived experience, humour, challenge and practical insight to help audiences rethink neurodiversity and leadership.

People do not need another dry awareness session. They need something that lands.

11. Do you deliver training?

Training is coming.

My training offer is grounded in The Success Enablers Framework™, focusing on fixing systems, not people.

The work looks at the conditions that help people perform sustainably, including clarity, psychological safety, autonomy, energy, expectations and structural support.

12. Do you work with organisations?

Yes.

I work with organisations that want to move beyond tick-box inclusion and actually understand what helps people succeed.

That might include coaching, training, speaking or support around system-level barriers.

13. Can you tailor sessions for our organisation?

Yes.

Generic training rarely changes much. I prefer to understand your context, your people and the problem you are actually trying to solve.

Then we build from there.

14. Do you provide slides in advance?

Where needed, I can provide an outline or key themes in advance.

But the value is not in the slides. The value is in the conversation, the challenge and what the audience takes away.

15. Do you offer online sessions?

Yes.

Coaching, meetings and some training sessions can be delivered online. Speaking can be online or in person depending on the event.

16. What happens on a chemistry call?

A chemistry call is a short, no-pressure conversation.

We talk about what you are looking for, what is getting in the way, and whether I am the right person to support you.

No hard sell. If it is not the right fit, I will say so.

17. What makes your work different?

I bring lived neurodivergent experience, professional credibility, senior HR and L&D experience, and a coaching style that is direct without being dismissive.

I don’t work from deficit. I don’t treat people like problems.

I help people understand themselves, challenge what is not working, and build something more sustainable.

18. How do I book?

Get in touch using the contact form or book a free chemistry call.

If something here has landed, that is probably the place to start.
